Summer Currant – Summer Seasonal

22oz – Semi Sweet Black Currant Cider – 6.0% ABV, (2.7% Residual Sugar, 12 grams per 12oz)

A lightly carbonated modern semi-sweet cider with notes of sweet berry and tart cranberry. Freshly Pressed apples from local Pocono orchards are fermented dry then back sweetened with freshly pressed apple and blackcurrant juice. only natural sugars from the fruit.  The cider is then aged with a blend of tannins from red berry plants, Acacia, and Chestnuts.
