Peach bottom – Summer Seasonal

22oz – Semi-Sweet Peach Cider – 6.0% ABV, (2.7% Residual Sugar, 12 grams per 12oz)

A lightly carbonated modern semi-sweet cider with notes of peach and apricot. Freshly Pressed apples from local Pocono orchards are co-fermented with peach puree with New England IPA beer yeast. Then back sweetened with peach juice to add touch more of peach flavor. Only natural sugars from the fruit. The cider is then aged with a blend of tannins from citrus wood, Acacia, and Tara.
