A Lightly Carbonated Modern Sweet Cider with notes of cinnamon and Pocono plum. Locally sourced red fleshed cider apples blended with plum create a festive, naturally tannic delight. Natural malic acids from within the apples give a pleasing mouthfeel, combined with the full deep taste of the stone fruit.
