Phoebe Snow was the famed icon of the Lackawanna Railroad, traversing our beloved Pocono Mountains for countless years as the queen of luxury and purity. We pay homage to her by creating Miss Phoebe, a semi-sweet cider with medium acid and a slight tannic finish.
A lightly carbonated modern semi-sweet cider using Bucktail’s signature Land Locked dry, back sweetened with freshly pressed Pocono apples to add a touch of sweetness.
