22oz – Dry and Tart – 6.5% ABV, Zero Sugar

A lightly carbonated modern dry cider using a combination of saccharomyces and non-saccharomyces yeast resulting in an aromatically complex cider with fruity flavors without overwhelming the natural apple flavor.  We then age the cider with oak and citrus wood tannins to create a well-balanced cider.  Apples are freshly pressed from local Pocono orchards using the farmers’ blends to help sustain the local farming community resulting in a unique batch every time.
